Behavior Rounds are a method of incorporating the Behavioral Science curricula into inpatient care. This provides multiple opportunities to teach, debrief, and model psychosocial medicine as it arises within an inpatient floor in real time. Residents control the content as the behavioral science faculty facilitates. Faculty must be ready to blend curricula and resident questions to optimize the benefit to the learners. This includes topics such as Family Meetings, Community Resources, System-based Practice, Communication with patients, families, and other specialty professionals just to name a few.
