Cultivating Leaders and Inspiring Mentorship Bonds: A How-To Guide on Inspiring Learners to Pursue Family Medicine

The John Muir Health Family Medicine Residency CLIMB Mentorship program aims to develop family medicine learners into community-engaged family medicine providers who practice quality medicine with compassion. It is an innovative, interprofessional, multilevel mentorship program that promotes family medicine to learners at all levels. The following documents include details regarding:

  4. Presentation at the Annual STFM Conference in 2019

Our goal for providing these files to the STFM Resource Library is to provide support and a starting point for residency programs that are looking to pioneer and implement similar programs in their clinics.
