2 hour workshop designed to introduce the fundamentals of leading change including 3 theoretical frameworks/rubrics (simple to complex). Introducing of the value of understanding and shaping organizational culture and getting the right people on the bus who thrive in that type of culture. Lastly, a review of the value and importance of resilience as an organizational trait in order for effective change to occur and be sustained/revised as needed.
