This seminar, presented at the 2016 Forum for Behavioral Science in Family Medicine, explores the impact of a variety of biases on resident learning, identifies the parallels with patient learning (and resistance such as vaccine refusal), and provides a number of different strategies and activities to teach and impact these biases.
