Can Primary Care Teams Simultaneously Improve Patient Access and Reduce Physician Burnout?

12-23-2015 09:12

The gap between the population's demand for primary care services and primary care's capacity to meet that demand is widening, leading to reduced access for patients and increased burnout for physicians.
