This resource consists of the master survey that was distributed to medical students enrolled at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. This survey included 91 to 99 questions based on the student’s academic year, including multiple choice questions, Likert scale, and open-ended questions. The survey questions were developed based on existing validated instruments including the Medical Student Attitudes Toward Underserved (MSATU), Leadership Self-efficacy as measured by the Leadership Self-Efficacy Survey (LSES), Interprofessional Attitudes Survey (IPAS), and Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI). Additionally, students were asked to provide baseline demographics, information about experiential learning activities, anticipated career choices, and self-reported grades.
