These resources provide a description of the University of Wisconsin SMPH urban medical education training track in Milwaukee, WI--the TRIUMPH program. The Community Project Guidelines are used by TRIUMPH (training in urban medicine and public heatlh) students to work with community organizations in developing, implementing and evaluating community projects.
