These documents are the handouts accompanying the workshop at the 37th Forum for Behavioral Science in Family Medicine entitled "A Simulation and Video Based Training Program to Address Adverse Childhood Experiences". The presenters are Frances Wen, PhD; Julie Miller-Cribbs, PhD; Kim Coon, EdD; Martina Jelley, MD from the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, OK. Handouts include the conceptual "PATH" model, the evaluation rubric and checklist, a description for developing scenarios, an example patient resource handout, and a notes page for learners.
