Abstract Attack, an Engaging Journal Club Teaching Point of Care Critical Assessment of Medical Literature

01-09-2014 10:29

"Abstract Attack" makes Journal Club FUN and actively engages all learners in attendance. No advanced reading, a Journal club that has on average 85-100% participation, among ALL learners. Only the presenting learner prepares ahead of time, everyone else get the paper on the spot. The primary goal of this curriculum is through a trans-formative approach to journal club, "Abstract Attack", to provide uniform acquisition of skills and knowledge, sufficient for a practicing clinician to confidently, participate in efficient and effective Evidence Based critique of the medical literature at the point of care. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NjzKwL94D4y-pLWuDFoYGpS2n0s6pwHtgzIDV0uxDYk/pub FMDRL_ID: 4661
