Dr. Gabriela Nagy presented about health inequities in general and Milwaukee, WI specifically. She then went on to discuss utilizing community engagement and utilizing lay educators to address the lack of mental health resources in underserved communities in this plenary session. She is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Principal Investigator in the EQUITY research group at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
