The Medical Leaders of the Future: Interactive Curriculum for Practice Management and Advocacy & Leadership

This is a residency curriculum called Practice Management that educates the residents on the fundamental roles, duties, and responsibilities of leadership positions in the medical field. I have learned that much of how we practice medicine is not only based on evidence-based guidelines, but also how insurances reimburse, accept health plan coverage, or by institutional initiatives/goals.
The Advocacy and Leadership curriculum is one that empowers Family Medicine residents with skills to be a productive leader in their organizations after graduation.
