The PCMH model promises to provide healthcare that is more accessible, effective, efficient, and safe, while simultaneously bending the cost curve. Here we describe the development and implementation of the Weill Cornell Community Clinic (WCCC), a student-run free clinic that provides medical students with early exposure to the PCMH model.
