Accurate Disability Form Completion in a 30-Minute Office Visit

This is curriculum material for Residents and Attending physicians regarding acquired disabilty. It consist of two 3 hour workshops. The first part is a panel discussion made up of State Department of Human Services examiners then 3 practice cases for participants to review and complete disability forms for each. The second part entails sharpening physical exam skills for assessing functional capacity. A physical therapist assist with this. Participants then review a disability case and try to determine claimants functional capacity, the way a state/federal reviewer would. FMDRL_ID: 5653
