MedCHEFS: A Curriculum in Health, Exercise, and Food Science for Third-Year Medical Students

This is a powerpoint presentation delivered at the Med Ed conference in Atlanta in Feb 2015. It also contains a bibliography that was used for the creation of the course, as well as a separate list of references most useful in actually creating the curriculum.
